This page explains how to get help with Nimbus Flow, troubleshoot common issues and report problems.
Getting started
If you are a restaurant manager or owner, ask your Google Workspace administrator to install Nimbus Flow from the Google Workspace Marketplace and add it to a Google Chat space used by your team.
Common issues
- The bot is not responding in Chat.
Make sure Nimbus Flow is added to the correct Google Chat space and that the Chat webhook URL is correctly configured in your environment. Your Workspace admin may need to re-authorize the app or check any firewall rules blocking outbound requests from Google Chat. - QR codes open but no card appears.
Confirm that the QR code URLs point to your active Nimbus Flow deployment and that the location and checklist are correctly configured in the dashboard. - Daily summaries or alerts are missing.
Check that the scheduler or cron jobs are configured for your deployment and that the target Chat space is still accessible to the bot.
